Subject: A proposal to develop a project for building and
manufacturing light and above-light special-task aircraft. The
aircraft integrates cutting-edge technology and innovative
specifications, and have different sizes that are provided with highly
powerful engines. The proposal also include plans to develop and
supply aircraft engines, and readiness to manufacture highly powerful
engines for different categories and sizes that are dedicated to meet
all civil purposes, depending upon investment size. Our proposal also
undertakes to exclusively rely on using locally available materials
and resources as well as national expertise and manpower within any
developing countries. - Aircraft for flying training and preparing
pilots to participate in competitions, air shows and games in
conformity with international norms and standards. - Aircraft to
secure and control borders, deserts and vast forests. - Light and
above-light aircraft having the capacity of 1-8 persons or an equal
cargo to achieve multi-purpose security and photographic survey tasks
as well as relief and rescue missions, and to cover all civil purposes
of vital importance that are required around the globe. - The proposal
includes ready plans to immediatly commence construction and
multi-line production within 1-3 months. - The proposal includes the
total cost of producing the prototypes of the three main categories of
aircraft, including manufacturing premises. This amounts to US$ 60,000
(Only Sixty thousand dollars U.S Dollars). It is to be noted that the
aircraft belonging to the first category (This is dedicated for
participation in world competitions and air shows) is displayed in
international markets at a price ranging between US$ 450,000 - 750,000
for each unit). - The proposal file includes a plan explaining the
capability of the project to be transformed, as desired by the
investor, to large scale commercial production together with reducing
the cost of production by even more than 30%, not to mention the
originally low cost. This would make it possible to offer the aircraft
at international markets, and to entirely dispense with the western
companies that are seeking to monopolize this vital industry and
prohibit it in the still developing countries. - The period needed for
producing any one of the light aircraft category is between 4-6 months
max.

This offer consists of three files, is rich in photos, illustrations,
diagrams and feasibility studies, and depending on three levels of
production properly compared with modern international products, and
conforming to internationally recognized practices. - During the first
production phase, one or two light units of each category will be
produced, the first of which is a light aircraft with one seat or two
sidelong or consecutive seats and individual or double
simultaneous-movement devices for command, control and other vital
functions. Each category is capable of flying for over 1800 km
distance non-stop without refueling, and can be automatically
transformed to achieve different air tasks within the relevant
category. - Furthermore, the proposal expresses our readiness to
establish a study and research centre and practical training
facilities for students and graduates of industrial engineering
sections at the relevant institutes and colleges of the headquarter
country. This would allow them to be highly trained and qualified in
theory and practice, as well as to help them work independantly and
take part in establishing purely national industry. - The proposal
does not require your to pay any advance remunerations pending an
agreement that follows the commercial scale production and obtaining
