[b]Germela GmbH is a consulting skills network (particularly specialized on MENA region) who offers a team of branch-specific [b]contact persons, Lawyers, Economists, Finance and Marketing Specialists, who can provide investors with their local knowledge. We have 26 local offices in 18 countries. One of our strengths is identifying reliable business partners, distributers and investor for foreign companies who are interested to enter the market in Iran. In this regard we develop viable market entry strategies.
We were first established as a German Middle East Lawyers Association (a registered society of law firms from Germany and Mena region). Our intention then was to create a platform for exchange and cooperation between trusted key legal actors in both regions. But the demand was so immense that we evolved into a globally operation legal consultancy, sharing our knowledge and experience with the actors in business world. we are known for our numerous projects promoting Iran. Our strength is due to our strong networks we have built up over the past 30 years through our associated company WZR (the most innovative law firm, 2016 in Germany), a specialist law firm based in Hamburg with more than 130 employees of which more than 80 are lawyers, tax consultants and financial auditors.
